2.1 Concept

We create a concept plan based on maximising project profit. This concept plan includes floor plans, elevations and a 3D model created in “Revit”. In addition, we engage interior designers and colour consultants.

At this stage, we consider:

  • The intricate red tape of the development approvals process and propose a design to maximise profit.
  • Timing of subdivision for financing
  • Buildability of the end product


C&C Developments are skilled negotiators with council and our creative designs maximise yield while still satisfying council requirements.

2.2 Planning application

After a pre-application meeting with council, we adjust the plans accordingly and prepare townplanning drawings and a townplanning report.
